Refund Policy
We are committed to maintaining clarity regarding our refund procedures.
- Cancellation Within Three Business Days:
- Students may cancel within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement for a full refund.
- Cancellation Before First Class:
- After three (3) business days but prior to the first class, refunds will include all payments except the non-refundable registration fee (not exceeding $150) and costs for books and supplies.
- Pro-Rata Refund:
- Students withdrawing after classes commence but within 40% of the program will receive a pro-rata refund based on completed hours.
- No Refunds After 40%:
- No refunds will be issued for students withdrawing after completing more than 40% of the program.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Books, supplies, and materials received are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the last date of attendance or notification of cancellation.
- Payment Obligations:
- Students may owe additional balances for services rendered or materials received.
Academic Policies
- Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP): Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% and an academic grade of 75% to progress and graduate.
- Probation and Appeals: Students failing SAP requirements will be placed on probation and guided on corrective actions. Appeals may be submitted for review under valid circumstances.
- Attendance Tracking: Time is logged daily and students must adhere to the set schedule to avoid penalties.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
- Avoid plagiarism, forgery, or providing false information.
- Respect peers, staff, and property.
- Refrain from using prohibited substances or engaging in unethical behavior.
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion.

Emergency Procedures

- Submit a written complaint to your instructor within 24 hours of the incident.
